Ventilationsystemsbuiltaccordingtothe silocapacityandthecharacteristic of thegrainto be storedareinstalledintotheconcreteduringthelayingof thefoundationconcrete.Thesecanalsarecoatedusingspeciallytwistedandperforatedzinc-platedsheetsspeciallydesignedfortheproduct.
OBIAL uses ALFANbrandedradialandaxialfansinvaryingcapacitiestoventilatetheproductsstored inthesilos of varyingsizesandcapacities.
OBIAL ventilationchimneysallowfortheeasydischarge ofdustformationandpesticides inside thesilos. Thesechimneysaresloped,withwirecurtains on theirfrontsurfaces.Thesecurtainspreventbirdsandotherforeignobjectsfrompenetratingintothesilos.Andthankstoitsslopedstructure, it preventsrainandsnowtopenetrate.
Wheremoreairoutlet is needed, OBIAL produces a ventilationfan with a wingdiameter of 560 mm. Thisfan’sairsuctiondirectioncontains awirecurtain, withtheairoutletdirectionhaving a louveredstructure.Louversopenduring fan operation, andaredesignedsothattheyareshutwhenthe fanstops.
OBIAL also produces portable tunnel ventilation canalsstrengthened by corrugating and joining zinc-plated sheets to solve theventilation problems in horizontal grain storages.
